Shipping, Return & Replacement Policy

1. Shipping & Logistics Partner We dispatch all our orders from our warehouse in Gujarat. To ensure fast, safe, and reliable deliveries across India, we have partnered with Shiprocket as our official logistics aggregator. Through Shiprocket, we offer two main courier options at checkout:

Premium Courier via Shiprocket (DTDC, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc. - Recommended): Fast, reliable, and provides step-by-step tracking updates. We highly recommend this option for secure and timely delivery.

Standard Courier (India Post): A more affordable alternative. Please note that tracking updates may be limited or delayed. If an India Post package is returned to us without a specific reason or delivery attempt, the shipping charges for re-dispatch will need to be borne by the customer.
2. Important Delivery Guidelines

Accurate Details: Please ensure your complete address (with correct pin code) and an active contact number are provided at checkout.

Stay Alert: Once your order is out for delivery, the delivery executive may call you. Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel.

Re-dispatch Policy: If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to receive the delivery, the customer will be required to pay the standard shipping charges again for re-dispatch.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your Shiprocket tracking link. We request you to track your parcel regularly to ensure successful delivery.
3. Returns & Refund Policy To maintain strict hygiene and premium quality standards for all our jewelry pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a Free Replacement for the exact same item.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (For Replacements) To process any replacement claim for a damaged or incorrect item, a clear unboxing video is strictly mandatory. This helps us ensure fairness and maintain quality control.

360° View: The video must start by clearly showing the sealed parcel from all sides, including the shipping label with your details.

Continuous Recording: The recording must be one continuous clip without any cuts, edits, trims, or pauses while opening the package and inspecting the jewelry.

Claim Window: Any claims must be reported to our support team at [Your Email ID / WhatsApp] within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the unboxing video.
