1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We dispatch all our orders from our warehouse in Gujarat using reliable courier partners via Shiprocket (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.).

All domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the distance. Please note that deliveries to North, South, or East India might take slightly longer due to standard transit times.

Note: Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this moment.

Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic, or other external factors.
2. Order Tracking & Customer Responsibility

Please ensure you provide your complete and accurate address (specifically the PINCODE) and a valid contact number while placing your order.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your Tracking ID and link.

Important: We do not operate our own logistics network and rely on third-party courier services via Shiprocket. It is your full responsibility to regularly track your parcel and ensure successful delivery.

Please stay alert for phone calls after dispatch, as the delivery executive will contact you at the time of delivery.
3. Missed Deliveries & Re-dispatch Charges

In case the package gets returned back to us (RTO) as a result of an incorrect/insufficient address, or if you fail to pick up the delivery call, you will be required to pay the standard shipping charges again for re-dispatch. There will be no refunds issued in such cases.

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched quickly, please review your order details carefully. We cannot make changes to the order details once the order is placed.
4. Strict No-Refund & Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

We have a strict No Refund policy.

An unboxing video is COMPULSORY for any claims, complaints, or replacement requests regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.

Video Rules: The video must begin by clearly showing the sealed parcel from all sides (360° view) along with the shipping label. The recording must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or trims in between.

If there is no proper unboxing video, any kind of complaint will be strictly declined. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and the brand.
